Welcome to our consultation website where you can find out more about the next phase of our proposals for new homes south of Frome.
The proposals are for 120 homes for families, first time buyers and downsizers, with a number of new homes being classed as affordable homes for shared ownership or affordable rent, in line with Somerset Council’s policy.
These will be high-quality, low-carbon, sustainable homes for Frome.
The plans also include a significant area (two hectares) of green space, which could be used as play space, allotments, meadows or orchards. We welcome your views on how this space would be best used.
Public exhibition
We will be holding a public exhibition on 13th January at Great Hall Bennett Centre, Vicarage Street, Frome BA11 1PU from 3pm to 7.30pm.
Please come along to the exhibition to view the proposals and meet with a member of the development team, who will be available to answer any questions you may have.
